Welcome to a glamorous New Year’s Eve celebration at Galatea Ballroom and prepare for an evening filled with festive mood, lots of fun and unforgettable moments!

We have prepared for you live music in the company of our friends from “DO SHO” band, who will bring you to your feet with the most famous Bulgarian and international hits from the world stage!

You’ll be greeted with complimentary “Welcome” drinks and an amuse bouche to kick off your culinary adventure, which will take you through a specially curated 5-course set menu and open bar with unlimited alcohol and soft drinks. Under the spotlight and against the backdrop of a festive photo area, you will be greeted by a professional photographer who will be on hand to capture the memories of an unforgettable evening! For the youngest guests we have prepared a program with children’s animation and more surprises.

The price of the couvert is 300 BGN and includes:

Festive New Year’s Eve dinner in the Galatea Ballroom with a 5-course festive set menu, nuts, fruit, New Year’s Eve fudge and an open bar with unlimited consumption of the following drinks – Irish and Scotch whiskey, vodka, Bulgarian wine and brandy, liqueur, vermouth, gin, beer, soft drinks and mineral water, as well as sparkling wine at midnight;
A festive New Year’s Eve program performed by the “DO SHO” band with live music and a DJ host;
A glass of champagne and an amuse bouche to “Welcome” you on New Year’s Eve;
Festive photo booth with a professional photographer at the New Year’s Eve welcome reception;
New Year’s Eve festive decorations;
Use of high speed wireless internet in common areas;

For a child from 12 to 17,99 years

The price of the couvert is 220 BGN and includes:

Festive New Year’s Eve dinner in the Galatea Ballroom with a 5-course festive set menu, nuts, fruit, New Year’s Eve fudge and an open bar with unlimited soft drinks, natural juices, mineral water and non-alcoholic sparkling wine at midnight;
Festive New Year’s Eve program performed by “DO SHO” band with live music and DJ host;
Children’s entertainment is available for children over 3 years old during the festive dinner on 31.12.2024 from 20:00 to 01:00 on 01.01.2025;
Welcome drink and amuse bouche on New Year’s Eve;
Festive photo booth with a professional photographer at the New Year’s Eve welcome reception;
New Year’s Eve party decoration;
Use of high speed wireless internet in common areas;

For a child from 3 to 11.99 years

The price of the couvert is 115 BGN and includes:

A festive New Year’s Eve dinner in the Galatea Ballroom with a special festive children’s menu, a New Year’s Eve fudge and an open bar with unlimited soft drinks, natural juices, mineral water and non-alcoholic sparkling wine at midnight;
For children over 3 years of age is available children’s entertainment during the festive dinner on 31.12.2024 from 20:00 to 01:00 on 01.01.2025;
Welcome drink and amuse bouche on New Year’s Eve;
Festive photo booth with a professional photographer at the New Year’s Eve welcome reception;
New Year’s Eve party decorations;
Use of high speed wireless internet in common areas.

Reservations and payment

Booking and payment conditions:

50% deposit within three days after booking confirmation;
50% payment by 16.12.2024;
In case of delay in any of the two payments, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservations;
Please note that the tables in the room have a maximum capacity of 12 people and it is possible to accommodate more than one company per table until the table is full.
The car park in front of the hotel is a “Blue Zone” and is charged by the hour via SMS. The maximum stay is 3 hours. If you need to stay longer than 3 hours, you can use the Varna Parking app via a mobile device or the secure paid parking of the Palace of Culture and Sports, located next to the hotel.

Discounts

1. In case of early booking until 30.11.2024 incl. we offer 10% discount from the price of the couvert.

2. When booking a group of more than 10 people we offer a 10% discount on the price of the couvert.

The two discounts are not combined.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation period – Penalty

Until 30.11.2024 – Free cancellation
From 01.12.2024 to 15.12.2024 incl. – 50% of the value of the requested services
From 16.12.2024 to 31.12.2024 incl. – 100% of the value of the requested services

In case of impossibility to execute the New Year’s holiday program due to force majeure circumstances in the form of changes in the legislation for organizing events in case of an extraordinary epidemiological situation imposed by state regulations, the hotel:

1) will refund the amount received to date or

2) allows the amount to be used for another future period, for accommodation, spa services or restaurant within one (1) calendar year from the date of cancellation.
