Our mission is to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable experience, while striving to reduce the harmful impact of human activity on nature and follow established green practices.

In order to achieve these ideas, we have undertaken a number of environmental initiatives related to the hotel's operations - reducing and separating waste, using energy efficient technologies, etc.

By our example, we motivate our guests and employees to follow the same practices and be committed to our sustainable development policy, which we also take as a personal cause to conserve the earth's resources and protect the environment.

Here are some steps we have implemented in our daily activities:

I. Waste reduction

We use recyclable plastic packaging, paper hand towels and toilet paper;

In the dining areas, in addition to porcelain, glass and metal utensils, we have provided disposable ones, such as wooden and cardboard straws, cups, spoons, forks and stirrers;

We have introduced an innovative system with a modern and eco-friendly design of hotel cosmetics, namely recyclable dispensers. In this way, we reduce our environmental footprint through the excessive use of paper, plastic and other harmful waste;

We use mainly environmentally friendly cleaning and disinfection products, without aerosols.

II. Recycling of waste

We collect waste separately and provide specialised recycling companies with glass, plastic and unusable batteries;

We minimize the amount of printed materials and encourage their reuse;

We recycle used paper from administrative offices and reception;

We encourage our guests to receive their electronic copy of the invoice instead of a printed paper copy;

We collect the plastic caps and participate in the charity cause "I believe and help".

III. Energy efficient technologies

Throughout the hotel complex we have replaced the lighting with energy saving lighting;

The air-conditioning system is centralized to save the high electricity consumption;

Emphasize that electrical appliances and devices, as well as lighting, be turned off when leaving the room;

We encourage our guests to use the stairwells whenever possible and participate in the "Day Without Lifts" initiative.

IV. Protection of water resources

We encourage the moderate use of water resources and the use of cosmetic products in the aquatic environment;

Guests are kindly advised that they can participate in the towel reuse programme if they wish, instead of having their linen changed daily;
