How far is the hotel from the airport?
Varna International Airport is 12 km from the hotel and can be reached within a 20-minute drive in normal traffic.
How far is the hotel from the city centre?
Varna city centre is a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
How far is the nearest beach?
The nearest beach is a 15-minute walk away. You walk through the Sea Garden, which is opposite the hotel. Along the beach promenade you will find a variety of restaurants and bars.
How far is the nearest shopping centre?
Two shopping malls are located within a 15-minute drive from the hotel at a distance of about 5 km.
Does the hotel have parking?
The hotel offers underground parking for a fee of 25 BGN per car per day. Use of the car park on the day of departure is possible until 12:00. Due to the limited number of spaces, advance booking is required and spaces are subject to availability.
The parking area in front of the hotel falls within the municipal "Blue Zone" and is charged by the hour via SMS. The maximum stay is 3 hours.
Can the hotel arrange a transfer from the airport?
The hotel offers a transfer service to and from Varna Airport for a fee of 58 BGN (VAT included). The price is valid for a car that can carry up to three passengers.

What is the hotel's policy for accommodating children?
- A child from 0 to 1.99 years stays free of charge. Cots are provided free of charge upon availability.
- The first child from 2 to 11,99 years, accommodated in an extra bed with two full-paying parents, stays free of charge on basic board BB.
- A second child from 2 to 11,99 years, accommodated on an extra bed with two full paying parents, is charged 30 BGN per night including breakfast.
- Child from 2 to 11,9 years on a regular bed (in a room with one adult) – room is charged as a single room.
What is the hotel's policy for accommodating children over 12 and a third adult?
Child over 12 and Third adult are charged 50 BGN per night including breakfast.
What is the hotel's pet policy?
The hotel allows pets up to 5 kg for a fee of 30 BGN per night. Accommodation is in specially designated rooms.
Please note that pets are not allowed in public areas of the hotel, including restaurants, bars and conference rooms.
We would like to inform you that hotel rooms are not cleaned in the presence of a pet without its owner present.
What is the hotel Wi-Fi policy?
The hotel offers free Wi-Fi access throughout the property.
What is the local currency and do you need to exchange money in advance?
Bulgaria is part of the European Union, but the official currency is the Bulgarian lev (abbreviation: BGN). The exchange rate between the euro and the Bulgarian lev is fixed: 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN.
Please note that payments in EUR are not accepted at the property. An ATM is available and you can also pay with Mastercard, Visa or American Express.
