Finnish sauna
The Finnish sauna is one of the most effective means of relaxing muscle tension and detoxifying the whole body. The high temperature and low humidity assist in cleansing the body and deep detoxification. About 300 calories are burned per visit.
Aroma steam bath
The steam bath is a thermal therapy that uses the benefits of hot air and high humidity for moderate detoxification.
Kneipp bench
The knee bench is used for contrast foot baths. Alternating hot and cold water treatments have a beneficial effect on the nervous system and sleep and increase physical tone.
Rest area
Rest area - on the heated ergonomic beds you can rest and relax.
The Thermal area is free for hotel guests.
