Finnish sauna
The Finnish sauna is one of the most effective means of relaxing muscle tension and detoxifying the whole body. The high temperature and low humidity assist in cleansing the body and deep detoxification. About 300 calories are burned per visit.
Steam bath
The steam bath is a thermal therapy that uses the benefits of hot air and high humidity for moderate detoxification.
Aroma sauna
Air temperature 60 – 70 degrees and humidity 30 – 40%.
The sauna is equipped with a new generation stove, which has an air mixer that mixes the hot air from the upper part of the sauna with the colder air from the lower part. This equalization of the temperature allows for longer use of the sauna without straining the heart and the entire body. At the base of the sauna there are salt balls, which, when the already mixed air passes through them, release particles and saturate the room with salt particles.
