Reservations, changes and cancellations, payment methods
Reservations
You can make a reservation at Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel Varna in the following ways:
- By phone on +359 52 910 800;
- By e-mail at reservations.dimyat@rosslyn-hotels.com;
- Via the hotel website https://dimyat.rosslyn-hotels.com/;
- On-site at the hotel;
After making your reservation you should receive a confirmation from the hotel.
Prepayment is required to secure your reservation – by bank transfer, on the spot or by providing a credit/debit card for authorisation within 72 hours (unless otherwise expressly agreed).
If payment is not made within 72 hours of confirmation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Prices
The advertised prices for accommodation in the hotel room are in BGN and include the following services:
- Rich buffet breakfast in the time range 07:00-10:30.
- Use of high-speed wireless and wired internet in the rooms and common areas.
- Use of in-room safe.
- Electric kettle with a selection of coffee and tea.
- Use of the indoor pool at the Maya Vita Spa.
- Use of the thermal area at the Maya Vita Spa.
- Use of the gym.
- City tax, tourist tax and 9% VAT.
The total amount due per booking is calculated depending on the number of days, number of adults and children, number and category of rooms, and the current price offer for the relevant period on the hotel’s website.
Reservation payment, hotel details and bank details
Payment for reservations made by email or phone can be made in the following three ways:
- at the hotel in BGN – in cash or by credit/debit card.
- by credit/debit card after completing the authorization form.
- by bank transfer, stating your name and reservation number as the reason for payment.
When paying by card, the following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro and American Express.
Payment by bank transfer can be made within 72 hours from the time the booking request is registered, to the following details and accounts:

Changes and cancellations on reservations
Changes to the booking parameters (change of dates, number of guests, room type) or cancellation can be made without penalty up to 12pm, two days before the check-in date.
Changes and cancellations after the above deadline are subject to a penalty of the first night’s stay.
In the event of no-show or early departure, a penalty of the full amount of the reservation will be charged. No refunds will be made for services not provided due to shortened stays or early departures.
Change or cancellation requests must be made in writing to reservation.dimyat@rosslyn-hotels.com and confirmation must be received from the hotel.

In case of cancellation up to 12 noon two days before the check-in date – no penalty will be charged. The deposit paid can be refunded or reserved for future bookings.
Refunds on cancelled bookings will be made within 15 working days, in the manner in which payment is received.
In the event of a refund, all transfer costs (bank charges, etc.) will be at your expense.
Overwhelming Force-Force
Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel Varna reserves the right to cancel a reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotel. In these cases the hotel:
- Offers accommodation for another period, keeping the same conditions and rates.
- Refund the deposit paid within 15 working days after written confirmation by the reservation holder, without penalty.
In the event of the guest being unable to travel due to force majeure and within 2 days prior to check-in, the guest must notify the hotel, providing written evidence of the force majeure reason.
In this case, the hotel shall provide accommodation for another period.
General Policies and Conditions
Accommodation
- Check-in is after 14:00 and check-out on the day of departure is before 12:00.
- Early check-in before 14:00 and late check-out after 12:00 is possible upon prior agreement with the reception.
- Early check-in is considered to be before 09:00 and is charged as an extra night. Check-in between 09:00 and 14:00 is charged at 50% of the nightly rate.
- Late check-out is the period until 16:00 and is charged 50% of the room stay. After 16:00 full night’s stay is charged.
- As guests of the hotel you can have visitors in your room from 06:00. – 22:00ч. If the visitor stays in the room after 22:00, he/she must check in by presenting a passport or ID card. The hotel is not responsible for any crimes related to unregistered visitors.
Parking
- The hotel has underground parking with limited spaces. The price is 25 BGN per day per car. Use of the car park on the day of departure is until 12:00. Spaces are subject to availability.
- The parking area in front of the hotel is a municipal “Blue Zone” and is payable hourly by SMS. The maximum stay is 3 hours.
Additional extras
Consumption from the mini bar is charged extra and is not included in the room rate.
Transfer
- The hotel can provide a transfer service to and from Varna Airport, which is provided by an external company.
- The fee is 58 BGN incl. VAT and is valid for transportation of up to three persons.
- To request a transfer, please send us information with the name of the airline, flight number and your name to the email address: reception.dimyat@rosslyn-hotels.com.
Smoking in the hotel
- Smoking is prohibited in the hotel rooms and indoor common areas.
- We appreciate your cooperation with our smoking policy and reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of 100 BGN per guest who violates this policy.
Pets
- The hotel allows pets of small and medium breeds weighing up to 5 kg. They must be vaccinated and dewormed.
- If you wish to bring your pet, you must inform the hotel prior to arrival.
- There is a charge of 30 BGN per day per pet.
- Pets are not allowed in public areas, restaurants, bars or conference rooms.
- Guests with pets must be accommodated in designated areas.
- We would like to inform you that the hotel premises are not cleaned in the presence of a pet without its owner being present.
Lost Things
- outside the safe provided in your hotel room.
- In the event that a guest’s belonging is found forgotten, the hotel will immediately notify the owner, if known.
- Lost items will be stored at the hotel for 6 months from the date of discovery. After the expiry of this period and the owner of the forgotten items has not been found, the hotel has the right to use, dispose of or destroy the items.
Property Damage
- Guests will be liable for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
- Damage discovered after check-out – rooms found with litter, in complete disarray and/or with their integrity compromised will be subject to a 200 BGN deep cleaning fee and/or third party charges if necessary.
- Storage, food preparation, burning of candles or any other type of flammable substances, parties and noisy events are absolutely prohibited and subject to an additional charge.
Video surveillance
- CCTV cameras are located in and around the hotel. All information is recorded on digital media and stored within specified time limits. Video surveillance is implemented to ensure the safety of guests, their property, and the hotel’s property.
- By agreeing to check-in and signing a registration card, guests acknowledge and consent to the use of the CCTV system on the hotel premises (excluding rooms).
Opening hours
The hotel reception is open 24 hours. Hotel management reserves the right to make changes to the opening hours of all dining establishments.
